"Had a wonderful experience with Lucinda. Our homeowners policy was listed under my husband’s name and his late mother’s name. We changed company’s and were issued a refund. However the checks were made out in his late mother’s name. Lucinda was able to get the checks reissued in my husband’s name. I originally left a 5-star review because of Yeyo. He always took excellent care of my family's accounts, and I trusted him completely. Finding out that he is no longer there was extremely disappointing. Who is going to take care of my family's accounts the way Yeyo did? Losing someone who earned that level of trust is a real shame. I hope the company realizes the value of employees like him. Once I find out Yeyo went out, I definitely be going with him."
